Strength Builder is a 16-week powerlifting-style cycle for the squat, bench and deadlift. It uses block periodization — accumulation, intensification, peak — so you’re not just grinding heavy singles every week and burning out by week six.
Accessory work is prescribed but not micromanaged: enough structure to fix weak points, enough freedom to actually enjoy your training. The technique library covers the cues, setup and bracing patterns that separate a 150 kg deadlift from a 200 kg one.
Most clients add 20–60 kg total to their big three across one cycle. If you’re already strong, expect more modest but real PRs and a lot fewer technical leaks.
After checkout you’ll receive an intake form. I review your goals, equipment and history, then build your training and nutrition plan. We check in weekly via video and chat, and adjust as we go.
No. Programs are written around the equipment you actually have access to — home setup, hotel gym or full commercial gym. We adapt the plan, not the other way around.
Beginners are some of my favourite clients. We start with the basics — technique, posture, building the habit — and progress only when you’re ready. No prior experience required.
Yes. Nutrition plans are built around foods you actually eat. Vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free or any allergy — tell me on the intake form and the plan is shaped around it.
Most clients feel stronger and look leaner within 3–4 weeks. Visible body composition changes typically land between weeks 6 and 12. Consistency makes or breaks it.
