Each week we review training, nutrition, sleep, stress and adherence together. Programming adapts as your body responds, and nutrition shifts in pre-planned phases instead of panic cuts. The mindset module covers identity, environment design, decision fatigue and the small daily rituals that turn 16 weeks of effort into a permanent change.
