Personal Online Plan is the right entry point if you want a coach in your corner without the full weekly cadence. You get a custom 8-week training and nutrition plan built around your real life — your gym, your week, your injuries, your food preferences — and we check in every two weeks to adjust.
Between check-ins you can submit form clips at any time and I’ll respond with cues, fixes and tempo notes. The nutrition side is flexible: macros, meal templates and a shopping list you can actually live with, not a 1,400-calorie chicken-and-rice prison.
If you’ve followed generic programs before and stalled, this is usually where the wheels start moving again. Smaller commitment than full 1-on-1, but still genuinely personal.
