Every program is written from scratch around your equipment, schedule, training history and the goal you actually care about, not a template I’m reusing from last year’s client.
We meet weekly on a private video call to review progress, adjust loads, troubleshoot adherence and plan the week ahead. Between calls you have direct WhatsApp access to me — not a junior coach, not a chatbot — for form checks, food questions and the small decisions that derail most people. Nutrition is macro-based and built around food you actually like to eat, with social situations and travel baked in from day one.
By the end of the 12 weeks you should be visibly stronger, leaner and more confident under the bar — but more importantly, you’ll know exactly how to keep going. Most clients renew because they want to keep building; the ones who don’t leave with a plan they can run themselves.
